What does it cost? – User access is free to approved customers.
What qualifies me for user access? - Our target market is business owners, operators & professional consultants operating within the Hospitality, Healthcare, Facility Management and Architectural / Design sectors. If you are one of these or have a strong interest in becoming a user, simply apply today!
Does Conetraders offer Credit? - Credit facilities are available on application. Approval is subject to standard credit vetting procedures.
Is discount on bulk orders negotiated with Conetraders or directly with the supplier? - All pricing is set by the supplier and bulk discounts are handled through the enquiry screen.
What about annual pricing agreements? - Pricing agreements are negotiated by individual customers with suppliers and are loaded on to the system and used for pricing purposes.
Are multiple users allowed within the same organization? – The system makes allowance for many individual users within an organization, with pre-defined access. It also provides for pre-defined reporting and approval structures within the organization.
How do we ensure that our Group standards are complied with? – The system provides for organizations to compile standard product lists, which are then used by individual users.
How do I sign-up as a supplier and have my products listed? – Suppliers are selected according to the suitability of their product ranges. In many instances Suppliers will be nominated by our Customers. A supplier application and agreement form needs to be completed and signed, after which product specifications, pricing and images can be uploaded.
Can I have product exclusivity in the Catalogue? – Our aim is to provide our customers a complete range of products, allowing them to make the best choice. For this reason, we do not offer exclusivity to any supplier.
How often is the Catalogue updated? - The catalogue is updated continuously, both with new products and new suppliers.
Is the Shipping cost included? - The shipping cost is shown separately, but is always included in the final price.
What do I do if the goods arrive damaged? – Suppliers are responsible for making sure that goods are delivered in good order. The system makes provision for shortages / damages to be recorded online and these will be actioned by Conetraders.
